For the first part, I don't recall the specifics, but I'm skeptical there would be enough city pairs that would meet that exception to have the type operating if that is the case.


For the second, Alaska doesn't actually have any scope. Horizon could fly 737s and not violate anything from my understanding. Years ago I asked a few crews about scope and they responded that it wasn't worth negotiating for. Many of them feel differently now.
