If they were trying to steal it you wouldn’t be able to check the numbers and add a comment. You don’t need to wait till you get your check you can see this stuff almost real time. Do they make mistakes yes as does any payroll department and even us pilots flying planes. There is a ton to be mad at but rainmaker access isn’t one.
OK, I will spell out what is going on for you.
Step 1. They put Prem + JRA on the schedule immediately after the trip.
Step 2. At some point later, when most people will have already checked to make sure it has shown up properly they remove it hoping you won't notice.
Step 3. Some percentage of people dont check again every week and Jetblew gets away with wage theft of those people.
Step 4. $$$
This practice has been noticed by pretty much everyone I know. I myself have recouped multiple thousands of dollars since I caught them the first time. I dont even want to think about how much they stole from me when I still trusted this dump.
