Yup. We're supposed to believe that if it doesn't pass we'll spend 40 years in the wilderness, even though management surprised the NC with how quickly they reached a TA. Weren't we supposed to be in mediation for another 2 years? What happened to that? Management looks awfully eager, and they're using the full court press to try to sell it.
