Just when you think you start to understand what the company has planned, they prove once again they don’t even know what’s planned. For them to park planes means they have not been awarded as much flying as they forecasted. They have enough CAs and FOs to staff more growth, look at the reserve numbers. Something isn’t adding up and by leaving the pilot group in the dark will only lead to negative rumors. The Union needs to start communicating with it’s pilot group better.
