At what point is a known systemic problem no longer accidental? After all, this KEEPS happening. If it were the 1st or 2nd time, that would be something else. I'm not sure (at this point) if you can individually sue since you're supposed to use a grievance/arbitration process via the RLA. However, if you can find a federal agency to sue on your behalf, then game on.
