TDY wouldn’t be a bad option. Here’s a better idea increase the pay and work rules and people will upgrade on their own.
The amount of money blown on TDY and HVA, they could have already gave us the new pay rates.

Maybe so, but would an extra 15-20k actually get FO’s to upgrade to LGA? I think they’d have to combine pay rates and still offer home basing/TDY lines to get enough FO’s to make the jump.
