If it's anything like the program at Compass, it sounds better on paper than in practice.
It won't be lump sum. It will only be paid in full if you're on property and the candidate you recommend stays on property.
If you recommend 5 people, but leave before the first installment is due, you don't get paid.
If you recommend 5 people but they all leave after the first installment, you do not receive subsequent payments.
It would be better to offer a smaller sum of money that gets paid whether you leave or your prospective pilot leaves.
