1. When you were accepted into the PDP, did you start building seniority? I've heard of other programs that give you a number once you start so that even while you are instructing you are building seniority in the company. This would be the most attractive part about the program for me, which brings me to my next question...

2. Can you decline the money and thus avoid a 2-year work contract? Or can you only accept a small percentage of it? I don't really need the money and if I did, it would only be a portion of it for my CFII.

3. Did you get any traveling benefits on Horizon? I think I heard SkyWest offered some kind of travel benefit for their PDP guys.
