In September we had an FO log 165 hours of flight time. The otter is like a giant 172 with turbines. Pretty easy to fly except due to the massive tail, even a slight crosswind requires a lot of correction. Other than that just be patient, I'm sure you will hear something from pilot recruitment eventually.
The otter in a crosswind will make a great crosswind landing pilot out of you. How times have changed with mins at Scenic. Are you still smiling for the camera? Do you know a CAPT. named A Brown?
