I have also gathered that there are 4 days off between pairings which for me would be life changing to say the least. To have that time off would allow me time to be with family and friends and not feel rushed to get back into the grove. If and when everything settles I plan to be there for a very long time. I have a lot of years left "20 plus". I will gather all my research but overall I think it will be a massive improvement in all areas.
