You're right, there is a first time for everything. Statistically though, a first time offender isn't brazen or prepared enough to bring roofies to the bar knowing he's going to spike his FOs drink. That kind of bold behavior is learned over many attempts. Statistically speaking.
And suicide, obviously, is a VERY different mental issue and honestly a terrible analogy.
