All I know is that a senior Qx captain who was jump seating came into the flight deck during a trip recent trip and told me he has a class date with Alaska this Spring - through the Pathways program. If you want to fact check this, be my guest. I can only attest to what he said.
I will repeat that it really doesn't matter how Qx pilots transition to AS - Pathways, regular application or guaranteed interview - because the only metric worth changing is that 30% figure.
