I doubt that all, or even most, of the facts will come out in this incident, but if they do I can’t wait to revisit this thread.

I don’t think there is anyway this goes to trial. AK will settle and basically buy her out of her career rather than risk an embarrassing public trial. In the end the CA might have a libel/slander defamation suit agains the FO.

This would me much different if they hadn’t been drinking when they weren’t suppose to. Lucky they didn’t show up the next morning to fly. The FA that reported to the FODO might have saved their careers and kept them out of jail.
