XL's still break a lot, CL350 has to shot down it's so freaking reliable. The main grounding writeup is worn tires. Phenis were hanger queens when they were new, after 4 years Embraer got the bugs worked out and they're disgustingly reliable. I damaged my health trying to do the CC76 schedule (19-21 days/month) on the Pheni and finally bailed on medical last year. Had I done 7/7 I probably could have lasted longer before going on meds I can't fly with. NJA is losing about as many pilots as they're hiring and the pilots are working very hard. I told my friends "Fly for NetJets and see the world thru your hotel room window". There's rarely time to go outside the hotel, and when you do you're frequently on 30 minute callout.

Management has finally taken notice of the unhappy pilots. The VP of Flight Operations has attended 2 Union meetings with 40+ pilots at each and both times walked out at the end with his ears smoking. The pilots did not hold back on why they're unhappy. There are some improvements in quality of life issues being discussed but no one is holding their breath.
