For some people, even a video wouldn't enough because she was probably "asking for it" since she was probably "flirting" with a married man. People like that have some serious problems with women. Maybe they got dumped by the hot girl in high school and never got over it. Or they had a bad divorce & therefore all women are gold diggers to them. Those people will never change their minds no matter how this case turns out.

Then there are the people that think she is covering up drinking inside 10 hours. That is possible, but why would she sue if she was allowed to return to the line?

Right now the only thing people who don't believe her have to go on is the lack of a police report. Unfortunately, women are not taught what to do when they are raped (it is sad that they need to be). This is a common thing in rape cases. Failure to file a police report right away is NOT UNUSUAL or SUSPICIOUS. It (sadly) is the NORM. You arguing that is the same as a talking head on the news talking about an aircraft accident.
