As far as crimes, I'm with you 100%. As far as opinions about people's judgment in putting themselves in risky situations, including putting their careers at risk, I think everyone is entitled to their opinion because everyone makes decisions like that every single day.
Something doesn't have to be illegal to be dumb as a box of rocks.
