The reality is you're being a tool, why do you keep bringing up injuries? Of course I've had them, and the only luck involved was that I was left with enough raw material to work through it (even though the docs said I wouldn't once or twice).
I was annoyed with dude because he's spewing uninformed nonsense about the military so in response I shared a little about myself for context (otherwise he'd assume I was an AMC pilot or something). Of course it was 2100 on 17 Mar, so I'd had a drink or two
But that OAF thing is pretty funny. That's not me, no folding knife clipped to my pocket. I was "OAF", and pretty proud of it, back in the day, that was of course the whole point. Hard to do that kind of job if you're not into it. But you wouldn't know it if you met me today.
