Less than 10% of rapes reported to police result in criminal charges, as there was not enough evidence to prosecute. However, only 2% of cases that are reported to law enforcement are ever proven false. i.e. in 80%+ of the time, the women's story does match the actual evidence so the case falls apart.
Alcohol is a huge part of that problem.
I asked for facts/source to prove your statement that the majority of date rape drug cases do not involve drugs. you said:
