I’m struggling to understand how being drugged and raped by someone you are claiming to positively identify equals sue the company you work for and not pursue criminal charges against said perp. I can understand the day after cone of confusion type mentality, and I’m not going to make any assumptions one way or the other about each individual’s character given the lack of insight into the discovery process. Good dude, professional woman, military service, adopts kids, etc....means nothing because all types have their winners and losers so definitely not predictive of who the victim is here. However, am I missing something, is there a criminal charge also being pursued? If not, has a statement been made about why she isn’t? The only articles I’ve seen make no reference to criminal action.
