This is an incomplete list of pilots that have taken advantage of the pathway program. I am not provided with information on pilots pending or deferring. I also am unable to determine the first couple pilots that made the move because we didn't differentiate between spirit hires and spirit pathway in the beginning of the program.

Until the company publishes an actual and factual list of flows then the information you posted is about as useful as the information I posted.
When/IF that happens I’ll be happy to retract my statements.
In the meantime. Even IF your numbers are real. That’s 3 flows per month. If only 50% of the pilots on property desire to flow (approximately 250) that’s still a 7 year flow to Spirit Airlines (not even a legacy) with no possibility of being hired outside of the flow.
Please explain to our potential recruits why they should pass up the opportunity to make more money at Endeavor , upgrade in the same amount of time (at an airline with an actual upgrade training program, and not be forced to fly in the right seat after upgrade) and still have the opportunity to be hired at Spirit years before the mythical flow.
