Just because you can find news articles about pilots who've done these horrible things, does not make their actions pervasive in our industry. To say so is to stretch reality.

It’s all about money, seniority, perceived status, no desire to actually get good at anything before moving on.
What is the very first question asked when you hear of a new female pilot on the line? Is she hot? How big is her rack? You
know that to be true.
And that’s where the slippery slope of ‘acceptable’ behavior by ‘reputable’ people starts.
