Probably no way to prove, or disprove, drugging or assault at this point. The only thing that might be provable was the alcohol timeline, but there's no indication they even busted the ten hours (pulling them off duty after a complaint was only prudent, regardless of the timeline).
True. But I guarantee somebody on the hotel staff was monitoring how much alcohol they consumed. For liability reasons those concierge suites don't put out alcohol at a happy hour without someone there to monitor things, and I'm sure Alaska talked to that employee as part of any investigation. Plus these hotels have cameras everywhere anymore, which makes me wonder how they would keep this guy on if there were any evidence of sexual assault, harassment, or drugging another employee.
As for the post earlier asking about my daughter, if I honestly believed somebody drugged, assaulted, and raped her I would be bringing holy hell down upon the DA and Police in Minneapolis until the SOB was behind bars. I don't care how much money Alaska wants to pay me. That is the other curious statement she made in the article. That she "may be open" to prosecution. Huh? I'd think she'd be all over them to arrest him.
