And even if it is textbook alcohol poisoning does someone in that condition have the ability to consent to sex? Consent laws very from state to state and have a lot of grey areas. I don’t know which side to believe, but if there is indeed video showing a impaired woman trying to fight off a sexual advance then it’s not looking to good for this guy and Alaska’s response to this matter.
