For that matter, she's his SUBORDINATE for crying out loud. Even if it was her idea it's still risky as h€ll, especially if she IS drunk. From a legal standpoint under Minnesota law, from a career standpoint, and definitely from a marital standpoint.
Do you seriously think it is "common sense" for any captain to get it on with a junior employee he barely knows on the company's time and the company's dime? Is this considered a perk of the job?
Is that truly what passes for "common sense" at Alaska?
