Please explain to our potential recruits why they should pass up the opportunity to make more money at *almost any other regional* , upgrade in the same amount of time (at an airline with an actual upgrade training program, and not be forced to fly in the right seat after upgrade) and still have the opportunity to be hired at Spirit years before the mythical flow, *while waiting for a possible flow or interview at a legacy airline*
