Geez....A bit salty, aren't we? Like Jason said, a regional is really just a stepping stone to get your time and hopefully move on to a major carrier. With the amount of new hires annually, versus how many pilots they keep on property, it seems like G7 is a good place to get your time and move on. Is it all sunshine and rainbows at G7? No, but the same can be said for ALL the other regionals.
