Remember, a displacement is in reverse seniority order. If you have already been displaced from FO to CA, chances are in the next displacement, most people will be junior to you and unable to displace you.
In order to be displaced yourself, someone senior to you has to be displaced from his/her position.
Here is how this is going to happen. Guys with prior 121 time that want to leave LGA will preference AND be awarded ANYTHING they bid for. They will then subsequently be displaced out of that position when the forced upgrades happen. This will catch them off guard and get ORD pilots displaced with NEB back to LGA. Some may even be able to paper hold the 175 ORD.
The ability for the company to have a displacement EVERY bid is the single biggest failure of the union. It still blows my mind they decided to go this route.
