Jungle knew what happened, I am not the girl who did bars or even went out.. Again it was devastating to us. It did take me 36 hrs to report it. I get it. I know exactly what happened to me.
I'm not missing any points. You said without any doubt that the captain did it. The evidence in the media looks very convincing, I agree. But 100% of the evidence has been put forth by the accuser so of course it is going to look convincing. He cannot defend himself in public, so I'll reserve judgement until the case is settled in court. We have 2 people: 1 is a monster and 1 is the victim of a terrible crime, I just don't know which is which and neither do you despite your personal experience.
You have pre-convicted every man
