No. That's a concentration of LESS THAN 0.5 mg per hour to cause those symptoms. 10 mg per day divided by 24 is 0.412 mg per hour. That's less than a single tablet. This isn't rocket science here, do try to keep up.
Drugs have an initial concentration, peak, then a half life, they are not administered per hour. Also, strangely, the incidence of vomiting was significantly higher in the placebo, in the UpJohn study.
