If the security footage is real, it sounds like the captain did force her to his room. It says she fought him for 20minutes to get to his room. The reason Alaska is doing nothing, is probably because her story doesn't match the evidence. As I posted above, women go to the police, saying they were drugged and raped, the police don't find evidence of drugs, and then it becomes a, "he said, she said" case.
This is the problem with alcohol, and why it is so dangerous.
In my opinion, both should be fired or both should be allowed to continue working.
