It was the lawyer hired by the airline to investigate that said there is video evidence of him trying to forcibly kiss her in the elevator, and her fighting him for 18-20 minutes to get her to his room.
Worse yet is the attitude of some of these people who seem to regard getting coworker's - and SUBORDINATE coworker's at that - drunk and hitting on them when they are poorly able to resist as a perk of the job, and that the company should just look the other way when it happens.
This woman is actually going easy on the guy. She's going after the company to get them to institute policies to stop predators going after subordinate female employees on the company's time and the company's dime, rather than go after the guy personally.
