Requesting proffer is a very strategic event. You only get one good shot at it. Request proffer too early and you shoot yourself in the foot. It appears to me in the private conversations ALPA had with the NMB, the Board is receptive for us to request proffer. The end is finally arriving.
I agree. For the first time in 2 years I feel like there is actual progress towards completing our CBA. I get the feeling that this new NMB board member has had just about enough of management's bs.
