Since I only have about 50 hours multi. I'm going to have get my MEI because I can't afford to buy time for that golden 100 multi.

You're already a student in Churbana, try and get on there as an instructor. University flight departments often mean bennefits like healthcare, which is nice when you're not making crap. They also mean you'll always have a steady stream of students. You may not build time as fast but you'll typically get more multi time than someone at an independent school.
