She was not going to prosecute the case, so fact finding and recommendations to the company was the extent of it. The outside counsel is just that, counsel; it was up to AK to act on the case. They apparently felt there was t enough to start termination on the captain; they had given the F/O clearance back to work. End of story until F/O says, “whoa, he’s still here!”. I’m not putting up with that, wait for my lawyer.
