Previous bid or not, it is BS to give new hires a base that could have gone to someone senior to them. As long as crew resources is filling slots (training and the line), it shouldn't matter what name or seniority number is in those slots. If our contractual language allows this, it should be fixed.
No seat locks and free to move about with good seniority. Have ATL 7ERB as my standing bid. I don't recall seeing ATL 7ERB offered on the March AE, but then to turn around and find out they award it to new hires in the class drop right after this last AE is bit surprising - Baradium, Sailing, what am I missing?
