Look, I have no idea whether the Captain raped the FO. I have suspicions but cannot be certain, as I wasn’t there. However, I do know that drinking isn’t “part of our job.”
It's not part of the job, but it is part of the culture and lifestyle. But not mandatory by any means. I only do it if it's compatible with being rested, exercised, healthy, and taking care of whatever admin I need to knock out on the trip.
