And you're assuming he's the victim?
The man was older, married, had kids, in a management/leadership position, was caught on video spending 20 minutes trying to force her into his room and in the elevator being pushed away while trying to kiss her. Attention pilots: women are not throwing themselves at a 55 year old balding, beer bellied man with a wife and kids. That is a fantasy, not reality.
The female was single, new to the corporate world, on probation, and subordinate to the man. She was seen on security cameras struggling to not be dragged into his room (company's lawyer, not hers).
I'm no genius, but anyone saying anything other than she's a victim of sexual assault in the least is oblivious and only asking questions to try and victim shame the woman.
