The FO was a subordinate younger single (and attractive) female who was new to a corporate environment. Even IF she had gotten herself in a bad spot by drinking inside the window, she was given her slap on the wrist (with pay) and allowed to return to work no harm, no foul. Instead, she shows back up, finds out that the person with whom she had the incident and a person she vaguely knows is still employed and gives them a month to terminate him before filing suit. That doesn't sound an evil person just out to get a guy because he didn't want to date her or he she was infatuated by him so much she seduced him. Newsflash, that doesn't actually happen in real life. That sounds like the behavior of someone who was assaulted only to find out the person who assaulted her is still employed even after all of the awful details come to light.
Actually she got drunk with the captain into her rest time and is trying to save her behind......and get her metoo paycheck while she is at it.
