At this point you can't say for sure one way or the other, and calling those who say you can't say one way or the other at this point "victim shaming" is absurd.
According to the company's lawyer in the article, she was in video struggling to not go into his room for 20 minutes. Combine that with him not only cheating on his wife and kids, but sleeping with a subordinate, there really isn't much room to hear his opinion. Any guy who cheats on his wife deserves public shaming. That's a much nicer proposition than what my wife says should happen to a man cheating on his wife.
So yes, you are victim shaming.
