Actually, from the females I knew at my last (small) airline, I would contend the opposite may be true; women pilots were actually worse there than the men. One contributing factor was that it was a small, highly cohesive pilot group so people loosened up and got to really know each other.
Whatever the case, please, enough with the laughable sanctity clause and righteous exclusions for a particular sex or profession. People are people. We come in all colors, shapes, sizes and yes, behaviors. There are no all/none absolutes in life; anyone who tells you otherwise is either a fool or a liar.
