No that was not according to the company's lawyer. That was what the FO and her attorneys SAID this attorney told her. Neither the investigating attorney, nor Alaska have said one thing about this. Further according to the FOs statements, since you want to take them for gospel, she claims the Captain told her no sexual contact occurred. All she knows is she was stoned out of her mind and woke up with her pants off in a bunch of vomit.
You need to get a little skepticism, and quit buying what one side in a lawsuit is trying to spin you with, and spouting off about some guy and his family when you really don't know anything at this point except one side of a story.
