As far as I’m concerned, the guillotine was invented for just this kind of individual.
Maybe because she was so intoxicated she could barely function, and in his drunken stupor he was trying to look out for her while she was vomiting all over his room? Obviously you've never been a wingman when you're out with a buddy that gets totally **** faced and you try and help them out. Ever been to a frat party?

I'm not saying this guy is a saint. Which gets back to what I said earlier about staying away from alcohol and mixed company on layovers. Just too risky. When people get seriously intoxicated, they do things they would never do while sober. They may not remember things, they may remember things very differently the next day. They will swear up and down they would NEVER do something they did while intoxicated, even when you have video evidence to the contrary.

I can safely say this, after having been around a few legal cases in my time, and spent a little time in family court before I started in this profession, I would seriously caution taking one side of this as gospel before you hear it all, particularly the full context of the Alaska report, not the excerpts from this FO or her attorneys or what they are claiming they were told. This case has some major holes in it, hopefully that will be filled once you see what Alaska found in its investigation.
