That's nice, however it's not the point, is it? No one is arguing your propriety in refusing to participate in offensive ("hateful, grossly-off color, discriminatory") discussions.
Your contention was that female pilots don't openly engage in distasteful /vulgar/sexist conversations. Again, I beg to differ.
