So would it be accurate to say that once you pass your interview its almost a guarenteed job. It’s a waiting game after that?
After passing the interview, you start working up those hours for the 3000 hrs SIC
OR 1000 hrs PIC, 4 yr degree etc. Once you have all of those then you become eligible and you wait for a phone call with the CJO. Just as previously mentioned, right now it's not much of a wait since most of the folks in the CPP is still working on the requirements.
