SkyWest is starting to feel the pain. We are getting very short on CRJ Captains. I would say most are a little nervous with LGA that was just announced as a base. Our hiring has just barely outpaced attrition and I don’t know how long they can keep up. I think a lot of SkyWesters are a little envious of the CPP and flow throughs that most other regionals now have. It essentially takes a gaurentee slot away from other candidates.
