Taking eny/pdt/psa pilots and their associated equipment and moving them to the AA side would solve a lot of problems.
We just hired 1100+ pilots since Jan 2017. We are planning on 1500 pilots hired in 2017/18. There isn't a staffing issue with new hires. There was a COM AIR 2.0 issue a few years back that caused the current issue. Also, if you haven't been informed our CAs are waiting patiently for the flow. We have very little out side CA attrition. Envoy will continue to grow. The only thing is where will the planes come from?
