Hey all, not UA crew, but I saw this and I am speechless.

Apparently UA gave a $10,000 travel voucher who got bumped off a flight because on an INOP seat. Unreal.
I honestly feel bad for you guys, I feel like UA got the spotlight of bad PR glued onto them when in reality UA hasn't been guilty of anything different from what the entire industry practices. I don't understand how it can be a sustainable business model to hand out a travel voucher like that. It would be a lie saying I don't feel some sort of pressure dealing with PAX on my own flights now a days because of this consumer "victim" behavior. I hope this trend changes in the future for all of us.
