You have to go to www.alaskaair.com from a desktop browser (the mobile site sometimes doesn’t work), type in the code and last name of DHDFO or DHDCA, then enter in your birthdate. It won’t let you check in without a birthdate entered and that’s about the only way I’ve figured out how to get around that.
