Poopplop and msprj2, I urge you to take a breath and appreciate the situation you are currently in. 11 years ago when I started at pinnacle I made $18,000 year one, $22k year two, and $25k year three. I had one good year after the new contract, only to take a 40% cut in the bankruptcy, and huge seniority setback in the merger. I left after six years and never made as much money as a 1st year Endeavor guy makes today.
Life is good, thank the senior guys there who fought to make that place palatable.
I was at 14k my first year at my regional and went up 28k by my 5th.
I didn't have to pay $10k for training so lucky there. Fwiw I wasnt paid during training or have insurance for six months but they paid my hotels during training on the Brakillya. 18 years ago.

But anyways if I had been hired a few months before I'd paid for hotels and 10k for training whether you passed or failed. Hired just a few months after and i'd been furloughed.
