The Be1900 has an annual 20% turbine retention bonus starting at 24 months.
There's also the all-aircraft bonuses, like the Peak to Peak bonus which pays out $10,000 per peak season you fly through.

I'm trying get a handle on the pay structure so I know what to expect and found this post from you from December. This doesn't line up exactly with what is listed on this site which is this:
Annual Retention Bonus:
EMB120 First Officer: 7%
BE99 Captain: 7%
SA227/BE1900/EMB120 Captain: 10%
Bonus structure is 20% along with 20K peak to peak bonus per year
Can you reconcile these numbers. The APC pay notes seem to imply the Retention bonus is only 10% for the 1900 captain and doesn't mention the 24 month delay and that the Peak to Peak is $20k.
